At ATHLEG, we aim to make every part of your experience straightforward, from placing your order to receiving your recovery system. If you have any questions at any stage, please contact our team and we will be happy to assist.
SHIPPING
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days after payment has been received.
Delivery times vary depending on your location, courier services, public holidays, and seasonal demand periods. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.
While we make every effort to ensure prompt delivery, ATHLEG cannot guarantee delivery timeframes once an order has been handed to a third-party courier.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking details, allowing you to follow your shipment through to delivery.
If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam or junk folder before contacting our support team.
RETURNS
We want you to be confident in your purchase. If your product arrives damaged, incomplete, or develops a fault covered under warranty, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist.
To help us assess your request, please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs where applicable. Returns, exchanges, and warranty claims are assessed individually and in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
CHANGE OF MIND PURCHASES
Please choose carefully before placing your order.
For hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons, ATHLEG recovery systems may not be eligible for return once opened, used, or removed from their original packaging, unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
If you have questions about a product before purchasing, we encourage you to contact us prior to placing your order.
WARRANTY
ATHLEG products are covered by a 12 Month Manufacturer’s Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidental damage, unauthorised modifications, improper storage, normal wear and tear, or failure to follow operating instructions.
If you believe your product has developed a fault, please contact us with your order details and a description of the issue. Our team will work with you to assess the problem and determine the most appropriate solution.
AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
